Oil Filter Bracket with pressure relief valve

We developed this oil filter bracket with pressure relief valve because the stock oil system already hits the brick wall with a 50 hp Type 1 engine and is definitely not made for souped-up engines with even higher oil pressures. Because of this bracket it's possible to remove the regulation of the oil pressure completely from the engine case. Therefore you have to put the pressure relief valve near the flywheel out of service on Type 1 engines. This can be made with our special CSP Block Off Kit (part number 115 170 040).

Key features of the CSP Products oil filter bracket with pressure relief valve are the black anodized housing made from high-strength aluminium and the continuously variable pressure relief valve, which can be adjusted by an Allen key. The case also features a bore for an oil pressure sender plus three M18x1,5 threads and fittings. It also comes with two adaptors from metric threads to #8 and one from metric to #10. The latter is meant to be as a relief exit, which can lead the oil back to the oil sump for example.
