These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of goods from Aircooled Hut UK LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). OFFERS & DISCOUNTS
Discounts apply only to selected items and are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to amend prices or withdraw offers at any time. Only one offer or discount code may be used per order.

RETENTION OF TITLE
All goods remain the property of Aircooled Hut UK LTD until paid for in full.

DELIVERY & IMPORT DUTIES
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applied to orders outside the UK. Failure to pay such charges may result in the order being returned or destroyed without refund.

RETURNS POLICY
Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Custom-built, made-to-order, or special order items are non-refundable. Returned goods must be unused, unfitted, and in original packaging. A reasonable restocking fee may apply. (20%)

ENGINES, GEARBOXES & CUSTOM BUILDS
Engines and gearboxes are built to customer-approved specifications and are non-cancellable once the deposit has been placed as parts ordering immediately commences. Warranty applies only to internal assemblies and excludes labour, ancillaries, tuning, misuse, competition use, overheating, oil starvation, or incorrect installation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before raising chargebacks. Deposits for custom work are not eligible for reversal once work has begun.
