ENGINE CASE: Autolinea Aluminum Super Case, Full Flowed, Shuffle Pinned, Clearance for bigger stroke cranks. (Stronger than the original VW cases)
CRANKSHAFT: 82mm 4340 Chromoly Counter. Weighted, 8 Dowel.
RODS: H-Beam or iBeam, ARP Bolts.
CAMSHAFT: Engle or Scat with Bolt-on Gear.
LIFTERS: To match cam.
FLYWHEEL: 8 Dowel Forged Chromoly Lightened.
GLAND NUT: Chromoly with Washer.
MAIN BEARINGS: Standard Steel Center.
ROD BEARINGS: Standard.
CAM BEARINGS: Double Thrust.
OIL PUMP: 26mm or (30mm on request) with Steel Full Flow Cover.
DEEP SUMP: 1.5 Quart.
SUMP PLATE: Billet Aluminum with drain plug.
HEAD STUDS: Chromoly Studs/Nuts.
PISTONS & CYLINDERS: Performance 90.5mm with Clip Retainers.
PUSHROD TUBES: Sprung loaded type.
HEADS: 40x36.5 Stainless Valves, 3/4" Spark Plug Holes.
PUSHRODS: Manton Chromoly.
ROCKERS: Forged 1.25 Ratio.
VALVE COVER: Bolt-on Aluminium.
GASKETS: Elring German kit.
FUELLING: Dual Weber Carburetor Kit, Linkage kit, Manifolds, Chrome Air Cleaners, Ethanol resistant Fuel Hose.
TINWARE: Black or Chrome.
Doghouse Fan Shroud, Front, Rear, Pulley & Dual Port Cylinder Tins, Breast Plate.
CHARGING: 12 Volt Alternator 55 amp, Steel Strap, Welded Fan, Hub kit.
PULLEYS: Steel Pulleys & Chrome Nuts.
IGNITION: Electronic Ignition Distributor, Clamp, Coil, Silicone Spark Plug Leads.
OIL COOLING: Doghouse Oil Cooler, Oil Pressure Switch.
