The EMPI Engine Oil Breather acts to relieve engine case pressure from a number of vent locations. It then separates the air from the oil via a series of baffles, allowing the air to escape thru the air cleaner(s) and a draft tube and the oil to return to the engine case. It also features a screen and foam filter to minimize dirt and oil contamination of air filter(s). This breather MUST be vented. It MUST NOT be run without a functioning top vent and draft tube.
